Ten brown prisms of the same length (20cm) but differing in height and width. They vary from 10cm x 10cm x 20cm to 1cm x 1cm x 20cm. The Montessori Brown Stair is work included within the Sensorial sequence, specifically the visual sense of the sequence. During this work children learn to visually discriminate between the differences between various objects.
